{ Finally. Connected. To the world. Random 10}

 My farmhouse on stone gate hollow 

{sounds like a memoir eh;) } dreamy....ha ha

so much work to do:) I suppose this is my memoir, my life, our journey:)

 

 I really didn't realize how much I did on the internet till I didn't have it and how much I missed communicating and seeing what was going on but most especially to do with my kids..... I mean everything from registration forms and school communication, texts....etc... etc most everything is now really all done online.... I spent time sitting in a church parking lot or in front of friends houses' ha ha mooching wifi over the past few weeks thanks guys:)......

So a few random facts and thoughts from the last few weeks...

1. What did we do growing up?  ha ha. j/k I know what we did we lived a care free life, ran, played and survived just as I just did and want my kids to experience. It was just inconvenient but there are far far worst things to be worried about. 

2. I miss having a home phone too. They are very important in knowing what my kids are up to and having a babysitter aka big brother and people to get ahold of us. We had our number for over 15 years and I really don't want to lose it:(

3. When the wind blows out here it really blows. K2 and I witnessed it first hand on Friday when a freak storm blew through it felt like a tornado.Come to find out there were tornado warnings just north of us. But that wind picked up our playhouse it did a spin and landed perfectly on the trampoline ...now I could be really sad or I can say a tramp is much cheaper to replace than a pile of kindling the playhouse would have been had it landed on the ground! Weirdest wizard of oz feeling to watch it fly in the air and land with such precision:) :(

4. K2 finished kindergarten and I can hardly believe it! IT really blows my mind that he will be in grade 1~! Life goes by SO fast! I no longer have a day of car pool left or anyone entering kindergarten again weird phase of life to end. So now I think I'll sub at the schools as my days will be really long if I don't:(

5. L is in swim club and tennis right now and loves them both she is finally finding what she loves and feels confident doing & I love watching her excel and find her passions. Now if she would cut the drama and preteen grumpy girl routine we'd all be a lot happier;) girls...ha ha some how I think this is payback for the growing up I did with my mom plus three more girls Bless her heart!!

6. Patience is not my strong point and moving kinda proves that. I so want everything done at once but I tell myself constantly that..... this to shall pass and all in time! It will come together! People keep asking for pictures of the house but all in time :) You know me I want it presentable and ready though that might not come for awhile so I should probably just give that thought up right;) So if you come to my door and I forget to ask if you want to see the house just tell me:) and I'm sure I'll be full of well this is what I plan and picture this .......... On a side note I spend a lot of time in the taxi phase right now though my kids ride there bikes for a lot of things I'm constantly picking up and dropping off...I suppose another phase of life right:) Enjoy the littles!

7. I had a craft show last weekend and the big Canada Day craft show coming up next weekend:) So come visit me if your in town:))  I've been working hard trying to get everything ready yet it feels so chaotic and unorganized around here than normal which obviously it is we just moved! But for me because you know I am an organized person and can't stand change for the most part but thats life:)

8. I can't get over the views everyday living here the sunset & sunrises, the lake, the sound of the birds, crickets everything is heightened and more clear even the stars.... things I didn't notice even a block away. ITs refreshing and beautiful.

.....and this M boy is loving life gophers, weeds, water.... room to run explore and be a boy! He and all of them are pretty much in heaven:) Just what we wanted:)

Now thats a real M smile! Full of life and joy:)

9. ....and can't forget my growing number one boy ....he had a fabulous first year of JR high and I'm so so happy he did.... my prayers everyday are for all my kids that they will be happy find success be good kids and make right choices...... but I do know how hard these years can be. K is such a good, sweet boy he's a friend to all, helpful, smart & getting so old:( So love this kid!

l0. Good enough for now:) I have lots more to say but need to get something done today too:) BUT I think since its been awhile and I'm so excited to be back in the real world;)
