Wow can't believe summer is almost over! The kids go to school starting next week I love the first day of school the excitement of new clothes the smell of new school supplies and the newness of everything! I love September for school starting and the fall feeling. I'm so thankful for all of the things associated with AUTUMN there is something to love about the seasons and I am so thankful for season changes but especially fall and spring for me! So in flicker fashion I am thankful for these things about fall!!!
Harvest time and the smell of freshly cut hay
I love pumpkin spice candles and my B n B's pumpkin spice fall lotion and ginger snap cookies that make the house smell incrediably yummy.
Crunching leaves under my feet and having to wear a light jacket & the scenery is so beautiful!
There is so much to love about fall.

So onto
NEWS I am so thankful for:
Is it possible to be so excited, happy, blessed, yet feel like crying thinking of the changes??
I think that's what they call mixed emotions right.
We found a house finally - a brand new just finished being built house not even lived in yet and for far below the asking price, we offered low and they accepted it. D happened to call the Realtor just out of curiosity about the house. We've been looking for about a year every now and again usually in our ward but nothing has been right or in our price range. Anyway he called Monday and the Realtor said oh that house just went down drastically this morning and will be posted right away and probably won't be around to much longer at this price so hurry is pretty much what he was saying to come look at it now.
We feel very blessed and watched over when we bought the house we live in right now it was a guy who badly wanted to get it sold and so we offered way below his asking price and out of desperation the man took it we got an unheard of deal that would never happen now. But to have it happen a second time is such a blessing we really have been so blessed. Hard to refuse or see that when things go how they did. I'm so THANKFUL for answers to prayers.
SO we did and now we are MOVING in a few weeks. We need to sell our house so we have a bit of work to do to get it ready in the next few weeks.
{Anybody want to buy a cute three bedroom house, 1.5 bath, beautiful kitchen, big yard? Just asking?}
Its been a great house for us but we have just really grown out of it in the last year or so. We brought two babies home to this house, we have moved into it twice, we've had a renter while we were away at school getting D's masters. So many happy, fun, things have happened in this house we've lived in it for seven years - longer then any house in my entire 32 years of life.
It holds a lot of memories. But we have felt we needed to get something bigger for awhile and move on.
We are really excited to have a bigger house and room to grow and be able to work on finishing the basement together. There are five bedrooms 3 up, two {to be} down three full bathrooms and a theatre room which for us will probably be the play room or fitness room it has a den and a nice kitchen. {Its not like our dream house or anything but the price is definitely right and a no brainer really} WE are excited to have a huge backyard and live "closer" to out of town.
BUT we are so SAD to move out of our ward we love love our ward ,the people, and our callings. We had our bishop over last night to tell him we would be moving he was happy for us to have found a great house, but really sad it made us feel awful. He has already had to replace his first councillor last summer when he moved away. Now D. We feel the very worst about ditching the bishop he is a great bishop and he and D have worked really well together and D has learned a lot and grown from his calling as second councillor and we have been blessed through his service. Our families are good friends of course we'll still be here and see everybody and do stuff but its not the same when you move out of the ward { actually I'll have a husband to sit with wow its been four years since that has happened! I think he gets sole duty of MASEN seems only right, right!!.}
I know things will be fine but its the one and only CON we have about moving. {Besides our awesome neighbours and friends of the kids right around here}
I have a few pictures just from the Realtor website but when I get in to the house again I'll take some better ones but here are a few. WE have a lot of landscaping and building a fence right away to keep our runaway in. But we are looking forward to working on our home and yard over the next little while to make it just right for our family. {For family reading this we just haven't had time to call or do anything over the past couple of days to say they have been crazy would be an understatement!!}
