It's my little sisters birthday today. Happy Birthday Holli girl!! She has had quite the past year and deserves a great 29th year!My sisters are some of my Favorite people in this world-- we have so much fun together laughing, reminiscing, shopping, watching our children play and wondering how we all got to be this old in this stage of life. Holli has had her fair share of health problems she suffers from ulceritive colitis and had three surgeries last year and the year before she finally ended up in the Mayo clinic after she got down to weighing in the 90's we are so glad she is getting healthy and feeling so much better. She has two cute kids and is a great mom!! Sure love her. She is such a fighter and a great example! I'm glad I have such great sisters.
Silly kids who want there pictures taken then act like monkeys love it! Because before we know it they will never want there pictures taken!
Favorite Kid Lessons in life: Masen always eats snow off people's boots when they come in from outside. So we thought it would be fun to get a bowl of snow and a spoon for him cause we really thought he would love it cause he always eats it inside and out and says ummm!! So apparently the effect isn't the same in a highchair since this was the reaction we got. D and I have to much fun!
I love love traveling this is in front of the ruins of the Berlin wall!! Loved loved going to Germany!! Favorite things are learning about others cultures and lives and history!
This second Germany picture in front of checkpoint charlie SO MUCH HISTORY!!
So that's probably enough for today! I could go on and on about my trip to Germany in 2006 maybe I'll do a future post on it for fun!
D comes home tonight and we got out for a long walk went to the library got some books, and tired the kids out who are now taking a very nice nap! So its starting to feel like spring and I'm so excited soccer starts soon and I'm the soccer association secretary so life will be really busy next month after registration! But I love to be busy!! Have a great weekend!

I *LOVE* that picture of Lauren. SOOOO way cute and funny!
So, you asked if I made my Christmas card in photoshop, and the answer is yes. Actually, my friends really kinda made it for me--I told them how I wanted things and they made it happen, because I don't actually own photoshop and so don't know how to use it. But I got all of the "stuff" for it--paper, curly cue black thing, 'happy holidays' word, from FREE scrapbook things on twopeas.
Anyway, have a great day.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your sister Holli! I have a cousin Holly. Just spelled differently. She and her husband just got a couple of more kids. Half of her children are older fostered kids and they adopted them and gave them a good home. That is a total of 10 kids now.
I wish your sister all the best. No one deserves Colitis. It runs in my husbands family, and I have seen the pain it causes. It's so good to know that she is doing better. I bet 2008 will be so much better for her.
I love your favorite things. I will have to give Crest Strips a try. Never tried those types of things before. The pics of your kids are priceless!!! LOL!!
And.....you went to GERMANY??!! You lucky girl. I really hope to travel one day. D's cousin and his family moved to Germany a couple of years ago. HE works there now for awhile. I see what it looks like with all the pics they send. What a gorgeous country. I hope you post some more about your trip. I love to "see the world through other's eyes". : D Gee....wonder where you heard that before, eh?
Love the new look of the blog, it has been fun catching up since this week put me out of the loop. Happy Birthday to your sis, so sad all that she has gone through, glad she is on the mend. The snow is too funny, and your trip to Germany sounds like a once in a lifetime! Thanks for sharing all the fun photos today, I needed a pick me up!
That's cool that you get to travel. I'd love to do that when Tanner's grown up and Matt and I are older.
