Love these kids!! Love seeing them watch out for each other stick up for each other and help each other love the learning moments the softness and kindness love them!!!

I'm sorry but I {{mean no offense to anyone who home schools}} but I could never home school in a million years, you who do must have the patience of a... I don't know what...... but I love school and there awesome teachers.
They get so bored at home and to much fighting, picking on each other I kind of remember doing that a lot growing up ;) But 3 out of the five week days this week they played outside from 11 to 5 all day long! and went to bed easy with little sun kissed faces so cute.... and they had so much fun its been a long winter!! We all had fun but its time....
You can think I'm crazy if you want but I was one of the crazies who got up at 3 AM Friday morning with little miss L and watched the Royal wedding for hours it was awesome loved it! Beautiful and perfect!! loved the dresses so much better than I was expecting I guess, wasn't a fan of the ugly "Fashinater" hats... I did like the big lady like hats though just not the headpiece ones....
I was 6 when princess Diana got married I still remember it I even met them in real life and watched Fergie get married so hopefully these two last forever!! Worth the early hour!

Speaking of Weddings ours was 14 years ago {may 2/97} wow the years fly and I couldn't be happier I have a good man ...I'm a lucky girl...
{{Or maybe an old lady now and I just don't realize it you always feel the same inside..... but when people at stores start calling you "mame" or the lady behind you says to her kids watch out for that "lady" ....
yeah probably time to face the facts eh...}}
Anyway I love my D and what we've made along the way as well as the ups, downs all of it thats got us this far!
Nothing comes easy or simple but together its a lot easier to face.

Hi!! Just dropping in to let you know I've finally caught up on your blog. ; D I know it's only been a couple of weeks...but when life gets too busy to blog..wow...sure feels like a year. lol
I had to laugh at your comment about people starting to call us "Mame" at a certain point in life. I can so relate to that. Cami laughed at me on Saturday when we were in toys r us for her to spend some of her money....and the guy (okay....young kid at the check out) called me "Miss"!!! I did the happy dance. Cami thought is was hilarious.
Okay.....one more thing I gotta comment on...the royal wedding. I totally had it recorded. All 8 hours of it. I still have yet to watch it. Yeah...that's how crazy life has been. But I can't wait to see it. I too remember Princess Di and Charles getting married. Why the interest in the royals?? Well....we are actually members of their family. Sure wish we had some of their wealth though. HA ha. kidding. Sort of. But yes....we are on the family tree. My grandma's a distant cousin of the Queen.
I too loved Kate's dress....so much more modest than I ever thought it would be. And....I do have to say....I am happy to hear that HUGE and gorgeous ladies hats are coming back with a vengeance since the royal wedding. I use to wear them a LOT in the 90's when they were popular. Almost our entire ward of sisters wore them each Sunday. I wouldn't mind if it was that way again. So lady like.
Anyway......I'll save it for my blog. lol.
Talk to you later. Keep on keep on chicky! Good to see life is still fun as always for you guys. Great idea about bright colors on your kids.
Happy Anniversary!
I thought Kate's dress was very tasteful and loved that it wasn't over the top. I'm sure L was thrilled to be able to watch a lady become a real princess, ha ha.
I bet the kids loved the dinosaur museum! I know mine would! We watched part of the wedding too-that is awesome (and crazy) you got up at 3 am! My mil tevoed it and we had a tea party. I LOVED her dress!
you are such a great mom!! I watched the condensed version of the wedding- the highlights on the news- I just hope the press doesn't kill this one!
Happy Anniversary! Thanks for the b-day wish. I don't think you look old at all, you look much younger than you are.
Happy Anniversary!!!!
Christal! Thanks for the blog comments...it's hard getting used to putting myself out there! Lol! I was also totally into the Royal Wedding...though not die hard like you, I could have captioned it, but I chose sleep instead! Lol! I did watch a lot of recaps though! Kate and Pippa are so cute!! And I still remember the song "She's Gone Country" being sang at your wedding dinner!! :) Ha ha...congrats, your family is darling!!!
Happy Mother's Day to my second favourite mom in the world! Love you!
