IT is so so good 100% good for you and tastes like frozen yogurt/ soft serve ice cream but requires only frozen fruit and frozen bananas
It is awesome healthy and your kids eat it up like its ice cream!!! We did cherries peaches blackberries strawberries raspberries mango grapes all sorts of different combos its thick creamy and seriously just go buy one it is AMAZING!!! If your from around here they sell them in the mall at a store called showcase for $69 bucks worth every penny or else

 YONANA

5|| okay slightly more boring now
my boshe broke a couple of weeks ago the blender side of it missed my morning green smoothies ...anyway it cost $25 bucks to fix YEAH!!!

6|| My green smoothie is
{First a tip: I buy a big bag of spinach I do Kale sometimes too from Costco and then put two handfuls in a ziplock and then freeze them all and take out a pack when you make your smoothie each morn or whatever
SO its
a bag of spinach
{two handfuls}
1 cup water
1 cup of fresh peaches
{or whatever fruit you want}
{I like mine to stay green so I use light colored fresh fruit}
and about half a frozen banana
mix pour drink:)
Thats it love it! and so good for you
Green smoothie

7|| Did you know??
Who Knew? "One of my most important food shopping tips ever--those annoying stickers on fruits and veggies tell you A LOT! 4 numbers mean they were conventionally grown, 5 numbers starting with number 8 means they are genetically modified (GMO), and 5 numbers starting with 9 means they were organically grown (no pesticides or nasty GMOs)"

Oh my goodness we are the EXACT same on the "freeze the Costco spinach in 2 handfuls in ziploc baggies- thing!" Awesome hey!! Love me green smoothies too :) Thanks for the tip on the frozen fruit yogurt/ice cream maker. Mmmmm! Fact- did you also know that when you're doing "self check out" at the Grocery store, that you can actually TYPE in the # digit code (found on the same sticker) in the "produce" look up part section of the monitors-- rather than spending forever trying to search it by name or get it to "scan just right" !!! Love the short cuts in life :)

This was just awesome. Everytime I buy the spinach at Costco I get mad when half of it goes bad! Great idea!
That little fruit/yogert machine looks amazing. Something our family would totally use!

HA Ha. I have to chuckle because we bought one of those Yonana's last Fall. Realized that our Ninja or food processor does the same thing with frozen bananas....so we returned it. But yeah....if you don't have a Ninja or food processor....go get one NOW! Frozen bananas make the best "ice cream" ever! Just one ingredient. Awesome..

So you like all things English, eh? lol. You KNOW I do too. I will now have to admit to the world, that non TV watching me actually bought the Dowton Abby series and connected to the third season online and sat down and watched every single night after D got home from work till we had finished all three seasons just two nights ago. I can't believe I did that?!! But the fashions! The intrigue! Oh my stars. Amazing show. And so English! ; )

Thanks for the link to more additional smoothies! D is almost convinced now to try them. HE thought it was so nutty till he sees that the whole world is onto this now. These recipes you posted look awesome!

Thanks! KEep the tips coming!
