Yes I did...I lost 17 lbs learned to eat the right way and made exercise a priority ...but really its all about the way you eat!

I feel good that I did try a little harder to do a little better really thinking about what I was doing when I was doing it and why....
Also learned that I feel so much better on a
basically gluten free diet So I eat
clean eating.... veggies...... fruits and meats are pretty much what I stick to since I'm allergic to nuts, citrus and a certain preservative as of this year so weird I am!!

27. A few Favorite pictures of the year

28. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2012.

Biggest life lesson learned this can be summed up in this one quote::

"The way we talk to our children becomes their inner voice"
 Remember what is most important
how we act
what we say how we do it.....
how we serve others,
by our examples......
has a direct effect on our little ones...are we selfish? self centered? immature? taking a wrong path OR are we strong caring, kind, honest, good people and parents with a purpose, faith a testimony and goals to work towards...for ourselves and our families....
That is a valuable life lesson I learned this past year and for all of us to remember.....
Because our future are these children. future leaders. future bosses, future youth and a future generation..... that needs to be grounded, strong and hard working .....what are we raising?
SO
---------------------------------------------------------
My Theme or word for 2013 is

because there are just a lot of things that don't matter and keeping calm and carrying on is the only way to approach things talk it out, work it out PEACEFULLY and carry on..
So that's my theme for 2013
"Carry on"
Be stong
Be brave
be obedient
be happy, truthful, kind
and all that means to CARRY ON!!!
SO Do what you can and be what you can but getting mad or freaking out about anything isn't going to solve it...whatever IT may be throughout the year.
---------------------------------------------------

I like what you blog about. Love the variety. I would like to know more clean eating recipes though. I have got to figure something out for the headaches I get consistently. Our next step is food.
If you ever want to go to the temple in the day, bring K2 and let him play with the girls. We are usually here.We would love to have him. Also if you and D want to go bring all the kids if you need. I am more than happy to watch them.
