{ Christmas Gifts.}

#Christmas #quote Silver gold glitter ToniK Ðℯck Ʈհe HÅĿĿs

There are two gifts in this season for me the first being the Reason for the Season He was a gift to the world the only begotten son.....
We got our Christmas miracle 12 years ago on Dec 22..... three days before Christmas and two days after he was born..
{when he was born he had two huge mickey mouse looking bumps from the vacuum and forceps it took over 6 weeks to come down at the top of his head so hats were necessary till he recovered:)

"Live for the moments you can't put into words."

I have had five of those. I feel so blessed especially today and can't help think about 12 years ago I wasn't even there when Kolten was born!! He was 2 days old when we got him but how thankful I am to his birth mother and her love for him and for the greatest Christmas Gift we have ever received or ever will with each of our kids. So where ever she is I hope she knows how very much we love her and this boy who is a gift in our lives everyday! And the greatest Christmas Miracle ever.
cute the day he was born
 0-8
 9-11

and handsome and kind
and helpful and caring and all the things that matter most
He has a strong spirit and knows right from wrong
loves sports
reading and being busy
loves lego and knowing how things work
and wants to be an Engineer when he grow up
knows what he wants and works hard for it
He completed his faith in God book in primary and did amazing!!
He sets goals, reads his scriptures
sees the needs of others
is so helpful to me most of the time
is always aware of what is going on
is helpful and holds doors for others
jumps up when somebody needs help without being nudged
he is such a joy and blessings from the first day I held him he really did have my heart from day one!!
Happy Birthday Kolt!!
12 years old!!  We love you!!!

Had a simple birthday day he had a fun at school only the second year school has still been in since they break later for Christmas break now...but instead of sugar cereal this year he asked for swedish pancakes and berries..and I love that he requests his favorites for dinner every year the same thing ...homemade pizza, ceaser salad garlic bread and smoothies and lemonade ice cream cake:)
food is the way to a young boys heart too;)
he's as tall as his tired old mom now and just keeps growing...
finally got his long awaited ipod adapter so he can listen to music on his dock:) He also got all the new suit fixings for Sunday:)
and can't forget the crazy one and the reason I never get any good pictures because he makes faces and NEVER slows down...
 and a pretty little girl:)
Sure love these kids and my big birthday boy who's entering a new stage of life lets pray we all make it though just fine I have good kids and I hope all these years of teaching, playing, reading and making memories last forever:))
-------------------------------------------------------------------

This Christmas kind of took some simpler routes with so much going on and dad gone as with a lot life these past 6 months..... it has just been different and Christmas is here pretty much but we've had some quiet nights getting caught up on our books and sometimes getting some activities in but scenes like this and kids all over the floor reading warms my heart....
we've done school christmas concerts and cute preschool mornings
crafts, songs and cookie decorating, Christmas cards and concerts parties and all that fun:)

Happy Happy Birthday to your pre-teen boy! He sure is growing {literally} up so fast. Just imagine him twice as tall in about another 3 or so years. ; )

Merry Merry Christmas to you and your sweet family Christal!
