"To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did."
When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better.
Concentrate on this sentence...'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

YAY! Kolten's taking lessons?? He will do great. Look at that concentration.
And my goodness! K2 definitely has some eyelash action going on. WHy is gorgeous long lashes always wasted on the boys. LOL!
You know something......you always look good. Even when tired. Seriously.
I hear you about wanting Fall to come. I almost hate the heat. It's great for summer. But when kids are back in school....it's maddening when having to run here and there with kids....it's just TOO hot. Who wants to be all sweaty at a PTA meeting. LOL!
Have a GREAT weekend!
Love K2's eyelashes! What a sweet baby. My kids are all begging to take piano. But first we need a piano! Yours looks like a nice one. And that dirt! Heaven for a kid! (but not the mom!) :)
Did you find a keyboard then, or is this a loaner?
My hubby and boys have the best eyelashes in the family too. I heard an evolution theory on that one; that guys are outside in the dust working more than us, so they need the eyelashes as protection.
Holy topsoil Batman!! Why so much?! I remember playing in the dirt as a kid, loved it, I'm sure the neighborhood kids love you and their moms dread the dirt in their shoes and pockets haha.
Hope you're having a great Sunday!
Christal, Thank you for your comment on our blog. We are so grateful for adoption! Your family is adorable!!! That is so cool that you have adopted all your kids through LDS Family Services. Were they all designated? We are trying to add a fourth to our family through adoption. Hope you are great. Thanks!
Aww, he looks so sweet sitting there practicing. Can't wait to see him again on Thursday. He was such a tough kid, getting a wasp bite and it didn't even seem to phase him. I got one a couple of weeks ago and it hurt for a while. Actually my hand was really swollen for a couple of days. Hope he has a good first week.
Glad to see K getting good use out of it!! Hopefully he sticks with it. Nothing cuter than a grown boy playing the piano!!
***just a little pionter K should be sitting a little higher so that his wrists are straighter and his feet should be resting on something so that there not swinging!! that's what I remember from Spencer's piano teacher!!
