It's Freezing cold here, to much good food, lots of laughs but it was a good long weekend...

checkers K was so good to L and spent the time to explain to her how to play.. love these moments....
also redid our room it has such a bad before I'm not even going to show you but remember a few posts back where I had a picture of this bedding. Well I walked into a store Friday night on our date and FOUND IT for more then 200 dollars less then it would normally be. I was so so excited and I love our room its not finished yet since K2 is still in our room, till he gets his own room soon as the basement bathroom is done! All a chain of things that are never ending that need done! All in time I guess! But I love it! When its all the way done I'll post a better picture..
....okay then random but this little babe's eyelashes just keep on growing he has the longest eyelashes EVER,{good thing L's are really long too!} click to enlarge..... bath time isn't so bad anymore he kind of likes it now that he just likes to kick in a little water.... love it

and jodi I got ours at Xpress/xcess cargo what is it called by costco/sears that area for 79 bucks there were lots there too! I don't care if you copy totally fine its fun cause there is so much you can do! and its affordable I got the curtains at zellers for 19 dollars for two panels ! It was a cheap makeover! and I love it! Can't wait to get it all done when K2 gets his own room!!

That is a nice bedroom set. Glad you hit up such a great sale on everything----nothing beats an inexpensive bedroom makeover (except maybe a freshly bathed baby!!!
And yes the greasy drumstick made me gag --- only cuz I did have 3 turkey dinners.

hope you had a good thanksgiving.(did you do something on your own or with your fam( we did a dinner down in the states and everyone on monday when they found out we were canadian wished us a happy thanksgiving. they love us albertans down there!! (especially when your buying stuff, which i may have done=)

Hi girl, looks like you and your fam are doing great! I thought of you on Canadian Thanksgiving, mostly cause you are the only Canadian I am still friends with, plus you are lucky enough to have your family close by. FUN, FUN!! Your family is so beautiful. Your new baby is adorable and so blessed to be part of your family. Thanks for all your great posts. You inspire me to be a better mom. I think of you often and follow your blog even though I never comment. My time is not my own these days with the busyness of being a mom.

This Thanksgiving will be the most memorable ever! The kids were still alive.....the house in one piece......the table set to pretty......the turkey dinner (Candi's first!) was done to perfection......it all was SO perfect after traveling for two days straight in a tight and cramped little van (full of food storage...yay!). : D
Yup! That turkey drum, M is eating didn't make me gag at all. I could go for some more turkey right about now. LOL!
Ks is getting SO big already. So adorable!
Love your new bedroom makeover. We have xs Cargo here too, but I have never seen anything as nice as that in the bedding department! Way to go!
