Have I ever told you of my almost 20 year addiction which starting when I went to Ricks College in Idaho way back when they opened a store called downeast outfitters {which today is downeast basics} I almost feel like I own shares in the company since I ♥ it so much!
I liked having something different from everybody else then somebody decided to bring it up here to Canada which don't get me wrong I ♥ it but I hate dislike having the same thing as everybody else!
But I still love it, still buy and still wear it!
I do ♥ it
but
because I'm cheap and like sales I get a lot of it on sale because my general cheapness girl inside won't pay
more than 50 dollars on jeans
more than 20-$30 on sweaters and
more than 10-$20 on shirts
I'm cheap I know guess what though you wait long enough find the right coupon deals and shop ross/ tjmax /jcrew factory or Hollister clearance & my all time fav downeast you can only win!
....but all that "stuff" and "things" don't add up to anything because most of all and most importantly I ♥.........
this girl.... I♥ watching her practice for her clogging class she ♥'s it and looks so cute doing it! She is loving learning to read and loves her teacher he has been so good for her! ♥ that she is so funny she comes up with the most random things and the girl drama she provides to our house of boys is more than we can handle sometimes but we sure wouldn't change a thing!!! ♥her!
{This morning she was an hour late for school because she took a wide toothed comb and wrapped it three times around her bangs took a half an hour to get it out her poor head!!! I really thought it wouldn't come out I'm pretty sure she learned her lesson }
kind of a why did I do that lesson!
this M boy.....♥ watching these two play so nicely these days!
M is going to be 5 soon and that is just crazy! He loves preschool and working for wii time/ipad time and drives me insane asking all the time ;) And he still doesn't know where our backyard is.... to him its the whole world.... the dang wonderer!
What do I do with him independent boy is what he is!! ♥ the life he brings to our family fun of spirit that is for sure!
♥ this K boy he is growing up so fast hard to believe he will be 10 this year it seriously flies! I ♥ that he is kind and takes the time for his brothers and sister .....yesterday morning on the way to the bus M fell and hit his face on the ice....... blood everywhere K didn't even think twice about missing the bus he brought his brother home to me{and still made the bus}
he made me so happy to know that they are watching out for each other!
♥ that K loves to learn he made biscuits the other day with me I made a batch and he had his own bowl and made his while I made mine he did such a great job!
and can't forget my busy cowboy....
Have I happened to mentioned before how much I love being this guys wife and being a mother to these four little kids and how blessed I feel to be their mother!!
I have a roof over my head, running water, warm blankets, food and faith. That is right now what I am so so thankful for. Looking around the world right now I'm holding on a little tighter and remembering what the base of all life is what makes me happiest and what is the very most simple and important things surrounding me, and they are the very same things I take for granted each day.

I ma DYING over those snickerdoodle muffins! They are my favorite cookies. I am sitting here trying to justify making them instead of dinner.
I am loving your blog and your awesomeness!!! Also loving life in general and being sisters in Zion :)
I too love their cooking site. Everything I tried from there is delicious. I just made crepes from their site last night. Yum! I will have to try those snickerdoodle muffins. I saw them and thought that I would maybe try them, but if you say they are good, I will have to for sure. Who doesn't love snickerdoodles? I can't believe that Kolten is turning 10. It seems like he was just turning eight and getting baptized. I too am a bargin shopper and have my set limits of what i will only pay, they are a little lower than yours, but you have much cuter clothes than I so maybe I should raise my limits or just shop at stores with more style. Anyways this comment is getting LONG so one thing I love right now is seeing all the disaster and being thankful that for where I live, and how it reminds me to be a little more grateful and hold onto those I love a little more tighter.
I have been following your blog for awhile because we have adoption and many other things in common. I have a crazy question for you. My husband walked in the room when I was reading your blog. He thinks he may know you. He served his mission in Saskatoon, Canada. Did you happen to live there? Feel free to email me or look at our blog laceyandsam.blogspot.com
That is so funny! What a small world. He said he remembers going to your house for dinner. You must be a good cook! I am glad that we got in contact. Keep in touch. Don't get to cold up there. We are already enjoying 75 degree weather. Does that make you jealous!LOL
