 This little boy drew on the walls for the first time I gently explained we draw on paper and got a rag to clean it he also liked cleaning them he is the best little boy ever! He really did feel bad and you can never get mad at him because he's pretty much the sweetest boy around!

Playing Tooth Fairy::
 This mischievous monkey lost his first tooth Sunday sadly before his sister lost any yet. She was pretty bummed! He is the earliest so far and then at that not sure if it really was because it was ready.
He fell on the ice on the way to school one morning got a bloody nose and a fat lip not sure if it helped that tooth along.... there is another one right under it so who knows!

ME THINKS

 source?
an old me thinks but I've thought a lot about this this week
PRES. BOYD K. PACKER says
" Thoughts are talks we hold with ourselves"
I think I have a lot of those!
so...
One morning I was out running and I saw this "little" girl running hard and I thought maybe if I ran faster I could be that "little" too. Then my next rational thought was what does it matter, no matter where ever we go there will always be someone skinnier, someone smarter, someone taller, someone wittier, someone prettier, someone craftier and so on
thats just life
But what matters is how we think of ourselves to begin with, if we have more positive thoughts more uplifting thoughts within ourselves, we treat others better, we feel better and I think we are happier. Its easier to go about our days easier to serve others.
{Do you get what I'm trying to say? }
Our Heavenly Father made us all different for a reason
no matter what we feel we lack its so important to be good people, and " to let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly
no matter how we feel.
If we are doing our best, living our best life, doing the best we can for us.
Then it should be good enough, we should be happy, we shouldn't be comparing ourselves to everybody else but all to often we find yourselves having thoughts like that? We are all individuals and we are all good at something, and have something great to contribute to this world and life.
I believe that our thoughts are where it begins because we do become what we think about, if we are wallowing in negativity we become more negative towards not only ourselves but our actions show it towards others.
What we allow to come into our minds and stay. If we have more positive thoughts it begins there. If we can conquer our thoughts, we also can conquer and discipline and guide our actions, our words, and our lives.
Having more positive thoughts so we can be better people, serve others and doing more and give more of ourselves helps so much in every day life and interactions with others.But it starts with ourselves, with our thoughts.
Sometimes we assume or judge others to easily when we have no idea what people go through or what life experiences they have had to make them the way they are now.
 Awhile back a couple years ago I had an older women tell me some very hurtful and untrue statements about adoption. I stood up to her told her how I feel and left it at that. I bawled a few times and it made me angry for a bit. But then I just realized that I really felt sorry for her,
sorry that her experience with adoption wasn't a good one,
sorry that she thought it applied to my children too
and
sorry that she didn't know any better.
I realized that it doesn't matter what she thinks because our life experiences are very much different then hers.
But I really found that turning my thoughts around about her from what she said stewing inside me making me madder didn't help me, but turning it around to where I realized it didn't matter what she thinks or says because its so not true, and truly feeling sorry for her made me be able to accept it and move on.
We have to let things go sometimes and let it roll off or it can destroy us inside and out..... the small and big things.
"what are words if we really don't mean them when we say them"
if your followed AI so far this year oh my gosh Chris medina's voice and story made us all cry ...now he has a song turn it up! so good!!!
Make it a good week...

Too funny that K2 wrote on the walls. We had our first experience with it a couple weeks ago. It is so fun having little boys so close in age and seeing them go through these stages at roughly the same time. Way to go with not getting upset!

We are totally addicted to Prison Break as well!!!

this and that...now and then said...

I actually watched prison break for awhile but the Mexican prison really turned me off. Has it gotten better? You are very wise-my dear. Our thoughts are the beginning or the end of us so to speak.
