Another fun filled weekend we got a lot accomplished, had a great thanksgiving day, spent time with family and as a family, played games, just enjoyed each others company. It snowed on saturday and the kids wanted to put the christmas tree up ha ha!
WE did tell them they'd have to wait awhile. Sad I know.
We also bought this beautiful painting by simon dewey {which isn't crooked on my wall but this picture makes it look like it is} anyway we love it and put it in our dining room.
Becky my vinyl decorating miracle worker came last week too and I can't wait to get my lettering up when it comes - so excited!
D and Kolt also organized the garage and cleaned it up and we ACTUALLY parked in the garage last night for the first time. Nice feeling. Also spent time with my sisters Saturday we got some wedding stuff planned out, did lunch and some shopping and had fun. Then Sunday was our last Sunday in our ward so sad, but its not like we moved out of town we WILL still see everybody! And of course Monday was Thanksgiving so it was a fun weekend.
So a few pics!
Masen is loving all the "twactors" and spends a lot of time in front of the window watching the new house construction he loves it!!
Love the drive to grandma and grandpa {both} houses - mountains, prairie, windmills, bales, rivers, endless fields
Made some buns {I am not a bun maker they never turn out like my mother in laws who's are the very best } for thanksgiving dinner and some jello salad
Ate to much food {and cranberry/sprite grape juice } Just can't eat anymore for a week ha ha!
Spent time with my sisters {and sis in law in red} we missed you Holli! It's kind of blurry cause D took a rapid amount of pics!

Love the drive to grandma and grandpa {both} houses - mountains, prairie, windmills, bales, rivers, endless fields
Ate to much food {and cranberry/sprite grape juice } Just can't eat anymore for a week ha ha!
And on the way home last night the kids wanted to drive by the temple they love the temple and were listing all the things they were thankful for and the temple was on the top of there list they just love looking for it and seeing it!! So it was a great weekend! Hope everybody has a great week!

Happy Thanksgiving! How fun... it's one of my FAVORITE holidays! Christal, I can't get enough of your blog, seriously... I LOVE it! You inspire me to be a better person, friend & Mother! :) Thanks for the link on prop. 8 I read that on the R House as well, Scary isn't it?! I also LOVEd the post on Mothers... what a wonderful & uplifting post! Have a great day!
Ohhh...makes me excited for the american version!
That food looks REALLY good!
YOU ROCK!
Those buns look awesome!
You are SO right about the amount of food we are SO blessed with....not just on Thanksgiving. I am still "rolling" out of bed these days trying to work it off. : S
P.S. That pic of M looking at the tractors is SO cute! Curtis was the SAME way at his age. He still has all his tractor books and toys. I always thought he'd be a trucker when he grows up. Who knows, eh?
Tanner loves those windmills too. He can see them as soon as we turn out of Raymond. Matt wants to put the Christmas tree up this month before halloween...I told him I thought that was a little early. Maybe mid november *insert eyes rolling*
Fun stuff! I guess I didn't realize you guys celebrate Thanksgiving on a different day than us. Cool stuff. I need to learn more about Canada I guess :)
