{Me thinks Monday...}

Two posts in one day.. what a crazy wet cold summer we are having. Seriously maybe two weeks its been nice and warm other then that cold and wet.
Anyway that's not what I was going to say..but it was a good weekend we had L's birthday, a family get together with my little bro's future in laws to talk wedding plans fun times my sister took a bunch of pics maybe I'll get some from her....it was a fun night!
BUT the happiest news of the weekend my sister Liv flew to England after receiving a two week clearance visa to see her husband and I'm so happy she made it safely over there!
My kids were so tired on sunday though it was crazy but I put them to bed early last night and got a lot done around the house that needed a pick me up. Finished a good book, cuddled and rocked my sweet baby boy, had a secret gift dropper offer last night you know who you are -- thank you so much!! It means a lot!!
Seriously I have been so spoiled!! A couple of my friends made me blankets and a beautiful quilt that took some time on both hands to make they are all so beautiful !! I have some seriously talented {sewing} friends!

And the little K2 is chubbing out I love it! Here is his I'm full, happy and content look!! He is getting more aware and I swear he smiled right at me today couldn't get him to do it again but I know he meant it!!He loves his tongue!!! He just found it and loves to stick it out!! Classic eh!!

ME Thinks here it is

Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
A loss of interest in judging other people.
A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
A loss of interest in conflict.
A loss of the ability to worry (this is a very serious symptom).
Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.
An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others, as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

<<>>
If you have some or all of the above symptoms - please be advised that your condition of Inner Peace may be so far advanced as to not be curable. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting any of these symptoms, remain exposed only at your own risk.
- Saskia Davis -

How would it be if we all had inner peace I often think about how as we get older I think those things come a little bit easier {maybe way older j/k} But how awesome it would be if we all had these symptoms inner peace.

There is a criterion by which you can judge whether the thoughts you are thinking and the things you are doing are right for you. The criterion is: Have they brought you inner peace? If they have not, there is something wrong with them / so keep seeking! If what you do has brought you inner peace, stay with what you believe is right.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!!

I love K2 and his tongue! How cute! I love how he just fits right in with all of you and how all of you look so much alike. I've marveled at that since I met you (through this wonderful blogland). Love your thoughts on inner peace. Something worth striving for! Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh, and looks like L had a fun birthday. She seems older than 5 to me, she sure is a cutie! Let's set her and Porter up one day! :)

Two posts in one day isn't much to my 10 or so I've done in a couple days while catching up.
Pictures of Karsen....very cute!

The Inner Peace quote....i love it!

And all your baby products....very nice!

The Howard/Fred night pics....I'll bring my memory card by sometime....takes too crazy long to email pictures esp that many. You did look hot that night though! Very cute new hair style on you!

As for Livi....you obviously got the follow up news that she arrived safely and easily! I'm so happy about that. Seriously though it was night and day difference just in the feeling I had as I said goodbye at the airport this time as opposed to last time! Such a blessing for them. A miracle!

Love the pictures! K2 is getting big. His "something" is in the mail. I want you to know that I love your inner peace me thinks. I can tuely say that through my year of hell, I have aquired some of these symptoms that I didn't have before. Funny how that works. I might have to steal this and put it on my blog. You are the best and i love ya tons!
