Here is today's question:
What is your most embarrassing moment?
Okay this one is pretty easy since it happened a few years ago and I have to say I was pretty mortified. It happened when Lauren was about 14 months old she was fussing during stake conference and in our building the huge gym is filled and the speakers speak from there {Its like a big high school gym with pull out bleachers and all} and then its broadcasted to the chapel and culture hall. So we were in the cultural hall and Lauren started to fuss so I stand in the back just rocking her back and forth to calm her, and all of a sudden a fire alarm goes off and I'm like oh my gosh I turn around and my sweet beautiful little girl has a tight grasp on the FIRE ALARM she pulled it!!! The next minute the speaker is saying "do I quit or keep going or what?" they thankfully didn't evcuate everyone from the building but Fireman were running down the hall full speed and the thing wouldn't shut off! The couldn't get it to stop. I 'm standing there red faced saying over and over again I'm so sorry. I was so embarrassed. She was called fire puller for awhile but by now hopefully everybody has forgotten about it. But hands down that is my most embarrassing moment!!
So here's a picture of the sweet thing in 2005! What's your most embarrassing moment?

Hehehehe... I remember that happening. What I didn't know was that it was Lauren! I love this idea of Flashback Friday. Where do you get your questions from? I might have to "borrow" this idea sometime in the future... or your Favorite things. Cute post!
I was just looking at that picture of Lauren and I'm amazed how much her and Masen look alike :) I love how things work out like that!
Hey sarah you can just go to a church site like www.ideadoor.com for journal jar questions. It is a fun way to get it done!
That is great! Isn't is interesting that the older you get, your most embarassing moments have to do with your children!
Oh my goodness....that IS embarrasing!! (But funny now in hindsight, right??) I don't have anything nearly that good!! :)
LOL! Glad you can even talk about it now. We had a "fire puller" too in our ward. He was however 12 and 13 years old. A real hand full for his mom, who just let him run around the halls while she just sat there in sacrament meeting not caring. She started to care however, when he pulled the fire alarm not once but TWICE right when the sacrament prayers were being said. The first time we all scrambled to vacate the building, but every time since then we all just sat there covering our ears while the firemen came and TRIED to get us to vacate. NO one did, as they knew it was always a false alarm. Now I don't know what will happen when there really IS a fire. : D
SO now that I told you about another women's embarrassment, I will have to think about one of my own and let you know.
Now who couldn't just love that sweet Lauren no matter what she did! LOL! WHat a doll.
Funny! Well not to you! :) lol.
i had no idea this happened. how funny!! good thing she is so cute, or she may not have gotten away with it... wait you can just admit you wanted the meeting to end and you thought that would work. sure blame it on the baby...hope you have a good weekend.
