{ Me thinks Monday...}

Another week, another month wow. Goes by so fast.
This weekend went by so fast we did a lot and had really tired kids by sunday night. But we got to D's cousins wedding and the dinner without the kids we decided it was worth it to get a babysitter for all of it so it was kind of like a date nice eh! D got a lot of work done on the basement and is still working hard on it.

We also had a Sunday dinner with my parents and sister's cute fam it was a nice night to get together, sometimes so much time goes by in families before we see each other so its nice when we do get together.
Other then that lots going on the kids they are getting so big and enjoying all that they do, busy little kids that they are. They grow up to fast. Between ballet gymnastics school preschool friends, just playing we all keep pretty busy!

Seriously sometimes too when they wake up from a nap they look bigger or taller do any of you feel like that sometimes??
Masen had another specialist appointment today for his lactose intolerance which the Dr. basically explained to HIM that the toilet isn't a scary thing and that it can't swallow him and that if he is potty trained in 6 weeks she will buy him a present WHAT! I figure when they are ready they are ready I do have two other children who are/were potty trained {before they were three I might add} Seriously a waste of time what happened to the Lactose intolerant part of the appointment oh well he was so good this time though... He was also so dang cute he hopped right up on the table and said "Doctor I have owwie on my foot and holds up his foot for her to see after he just kicked his shoes across the room" {he had gotten a massive sliver from the boards downstairs the other day} SO I think he thought we were going to the Dr for that it was too funny and so cute!

He is growing up and slowing down a bit from his usual go go go! He is talking so good lately and loves to do whatever Kolten is doing. I love this picture because they were so nice to each other and were discussing the lego that Mas had built! Brothers -so cute!!

Thoughts from The Peacegiver by James L. Ferrell

You know how there are just some things that really bother you sometimes and you don't know what to do to fix it or what you did in the first place.

I picked up the peace giver tonight and it was kind of an answer to my thoughts

"We live in a world of WAR. Between countries, spouses, parents,and children. Conflicts between countries are perhaps more dramatic, but the HOT and COLD wars that fester in the hearts of Family members,

In the book front cover it says

" How is Christ the answer to a strained relationship with a spouse, child, parent or sibling?

What if I am being mistreated-how can the Atonement help me cope with that??

How can I discover the desire to repent when I don't feel the need to repent?

and how can I invite others to do the same?

{Those lines totally jumped out at me and made me think that sometimes we may think its not our fault, or our problem, to repent of something I didn't feel like I did.

But we need to start with ourselves and be the peace giver because sometimes thats the only way we will ever make it in this life. There is to much baggage, to many excuses for hurt feelings, to many easy ways out that hurt others and affect our relationships with others.

When that should be the only thing that matters, because that is what we take with us when we leave this earth our wisdom and knowledge. How we treat others especially those within our reach. }
